Michelle’s approach focuses on goals and workouts that are real for each individual. Her 15 years experience in health and wellness serving as a leader, educator, manager, personal trainer, and fitness instructor has lead to her compassionate coaching and teaching style. She has worked with private clients and in clubs, university staff and student wellness programs, corporate fitness centers, city recreation centers, and YMCAs. Michelle is a faculty trainer for the YMCA of the USA offering instructor certifications. She holds a degree in Health and Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University, Michigan and maintains certifications in personal training, group exercise, yoga, indoor group cycling, aquatic exercise, older adult exercise, and prenatal and postpartum exercise. She is a trainer for the American Red Cross and offers individual and group courses in CPR, AED, and First Aid.

Michelle uses her extensive knowledge in the field and wide range of experiences to coach her clients towards healthier living through fun and motivating exercise using scientifically-based principles. Her sessions and classes are safe, effective, fun and attainable. “My goal for each client is to motivate them to make small changes that add up to a healthy and happy lifestyle. I want everyone to discover the positive feeling and rewards of healthy habits leading to a life full of all things possible.”

Michelle is available for private sessions, small group training, corporate and special event classes, CPR certification, and educational presentations.
